Rome, Italy Internship Program
Spend a summer in the unforgettable capital city of Rome, Italy with AIFS! Choose from internship opportunities in a variety of fields with up to 7 credits awarded by Fairfield University.

The AIFS Global Study Center is centrally located in Rome’s historic center in a beautiful building in Piazza Sant’Andrea della Valle. Choose from a range of course options offered at the Global Study Center to compliment your internship.

This Internship Program focuses on the fields of arts and tourism to prepare students with the skills and expertise for management, marketing and operations in the field of arts and culture. An Internship Coordinator will support you throughout the program.

Cultural and social activities include: 
  • Guided city walks
  • Visits to museums
  • Wine, pizza and gelato tastings
  • Opera, ballet and musical performances
  • 2-day excursion to Florence

Optional excursions include a: 
  • 3-day trip to Venice
A 2-night tour of London is included for students on the AIFS Flight Package.
